Prune Pitting Machine

Overview

The ASHLOCK TYPE ‘PP’ Prune Pitter is designed for trouble free operation. Virtually all components are of stainless steel and food grade plastics. Simple mechanical operations and techniques are combined in the design of the machine, allowing the unit to be adjusted and controlled with only a few basic adjustments. Apart from these adjustments, parts renewal, lubrication, and thorough cleaning are the basic requirements to keep the machine operating at the highest efficiency.

Operating Capacity:

The machine is equipped with a two-speed switch and operates at approximately 36 or 75 strokes per minute, pitting sixteen prunes per stroke. A pitted weight output of 500 to 950 lbs (227 to 430 kg) per hours is obtainable at maximum speed. Pitting output varies with the size of prunes being processed.

34 count/lb. through 78 count/lb
